For Sale Z3 Hardtop and Fitting Kit

I'm sure all comments are meant positively, but the guy is just trying to sell a valuable item for the most he can, a member on here sold his fitting kit for over £500 recently so is this price that bad for a popular colour with fitting kit?

No one who knows what they are worth is going to list for sale at less than £8-900

It was me who recently sold a full fitting kit for over £500, I think that is a decent price for what you are getting. Hardtops seem to hold there value and fitting kits are actually rising in price. You can get cheaper tops, but they are normally in the rarer colours so you are still looking a few £££ to get it colour matched. You can pick up a cheap zed anywhere now, not so much a hardtop and fitting kit. They are a worthwhile addition if you use your car all year round, not only for comfort and protection but gives the car a completely different look.

I hope the price of hard tops and fitting kits continues to rise. I've never ever owned a motor vehicle, car or bike, or any part of, for that matter that has held it's value.

Z3's are still available at bargain prices and you can still find them complete with a hard top for around £2000.

To me that's a bargain no matter what engine or trim it has

If they sell that for that much my fitting kits coming off and the hardtop is going on e-bay ;) You can by a lot of more essential spares for a grand.

I'm thinking the same, I've got a white hardtop that I won't use very much as my Z is a summer toy only.

I paid £700 for mine including fitting kit - painting was another £250 (highly unlikely I would have found aFiji Green hardtop!).
