Window pivot clips

So I have taken the pins out but can seem to get the actual plastic off... I don't want to brake anything so have taken a brake to ask for help of you guys. I think I watched the same youtube video and the guy took the whole da**ed window apart. I might have to try the suggestoons here, because I don't feel like going trough all that to replace those clips!
 
Taking the glass out is not difficult. In fact I've not even thought of doing it without removal.

The tricky part is removing the door card without breaking it. And getting the waterproof membrane on and off properly without compromising it.

Del, if you haven't yet sprayed the front and rear drop glass guide rubbers with silicone spray , do that before doing anything else. It can work wonders.
