Good Morning Zroadster Peeps,

Glad to have found this website. Just took possession of my Sienna Red Z3 this past weekend. Perhaps I should say, the Z3 has taken possession of me. OK, I'm not really possessed, but this Zed is the most bestest car I have ever been in. If I wasn't so happy when I am driving this car, I would feel bad that it took me so long to get one. But this oversight is in the rear view now.

Most of Florida is a boring drive with long straight-aways, but Z3r.webp , here in the Panhandle of NW FLA, we have some terrain relief and many winding roads with delicious curves to feed the appetite of my Zed.

I would be interested in hearing about beneficial mods I might like to consider or any efficiency, or performance upgrades for the 2.8L.

Be sure to "Save the Wave".

Cheers
The Panhandler

@Panhandler :welcome: to the forum from West Cumbria, England. I to have a 2.8. Just put on Bilstein shocks all round with 30mm lowering Eibach Springs and a K&N 57i Induction Unit. Great mods and highly recommended. I'm sure others will be along soon with other suggestions.

Love the colour

:welcome: Hi and welcome from me too :coolsteer)

Hi there @Panhandler lovely car you've been grabbed by! Never made it that far north in Florida yet but there are some great hilly bits near Clermont around the 27. We have a place in Kissimmee and come to Florida a couple of times a year. Enjoy your new find and keep smiling:thumbsup:

Tony.

Oooh, Sienna Red with Style 42 split rims

Welcome!
Style 42 split rims!!! Keep taking. I love what I'm hearing.
Also has many components from the "Sport Edition". "M" style seats, upgraded wheels, illuminated shifter.
It's 3 different cars in one. Hard top, rag top, no top. Whoo Hoo!
I think I need a helmet.

Thanks Low Rider (I can hear the music in the background)
I also find the color (colour) mesmerizing, It's feels weird to put the cover on the car in the garage at the end of the day....
Your correct I took my name from that song

Hello.... great colour zed you have.

:welcome:
Thanks. I love the color too. Blends in with traffic, that way the state troopers will have a hard time finding me in traffic (OK a little sarcasm at the end there). Yesterday a Florida Trooper passed me when I was going 79 MPH (~130KPM), you know he was checking out my Zed!!

The state trooper sure knows a good think when he sees it.

Style 42 splits are incredibly sought after as they are one of the nicest rims fitted. Usually spec'd as a option!

If you put the last 7 digits of your VIN number in to http://bimmer.work/ it will give you a factory build sheet showing exactly what your car has. It won't show any dealer fitted options though, just what was put on it in the factory!
