Just bought a 2000 Z3 M with 114K.

I assume you are US, as UK cars don't have a battery gauge.

If it is just a voltmeter, my solution would be to find one that looks similar and replace with that. The BMW one would be nothing special, but would be megabucks, although it's always worth checking the internet.

Part number for voltmeter =
62132695215

Thanks for the part number and the idea!! I appreciate that and will do some more searching. It seems every ad is selling all 3!

Hi and welcome from me. It’s from Germany but you would have to double check the size.

Or a new one from Lithuania
Thanks Althulas! I like the one from Lithuania. Much appreciated. Now to decide to buy or not, can't work on my car till out from storage. It might be just a bad connection or ... ? The gauge isn't straight so someone has been in there.

Many thanks ... I did buy this on!

Since buying the gauge I've pondered whether all the work getting behind the gauges is worth it?? if I tap it at times it starts working so it's likely a loose connection or flaky gauge. I've searched for ways to get behind the gauges and, unless you have small hands going through the radio opening, it requires taking the console cover off or somehow getting the passenger side cover off. That side cover then gets into my glove box with the usual sagging issue. The weather here in Maine has been horrible, and without a garage I've put these projects off. Any good ideas/suggestions for getting behind the gauges? Would be much appreciated! After buying my Z3M I have never experienced such a fun car to drive!! I've put on 3k miles in almost 3 months.
