I purchased my "French's Mustard" Roadster about two months ago. Living in South Carolina means hot summers so I'm now able to keep the top down (where it should be) most of the time.
I'm interested in hearing if any of you who have a speedometer accuracy issue have found a solution. Mine reads 5mph high when checked against my GPS.
Thanks for any assistance and glad to be on board.

:welcome:to the forum from West Cumbria. I think they all read high. Mine when at 70mph is at 67mph on my SatNav.

Hi and :welcome: from Pembrokeshire in Wales UK , nice to see some pictures of your steed , as for Speedo reading most cars run with a reading higher than actual speed as a safety margin .

Hello and welcome to the forum

Yep not unusual. I have 3 cars and all read differently to the sat nav.

Hi Rick, welcome from me near Lincoln UK. The satellites are more accurate for sure.
Lucky you living in SC although we do get a few weeks each year in Florida but not always in a soft top.

Tony.

Welcome from Aylesbury in the UK and fellow Dakar owner :D:thumbsup:

:welcome: Hi and welcome to ZroadSter :coolsteer)

Hi Rick welcome to the forum

Hi @Rick Young, :welcome:to the forum from me too in Staffordshire, UK. Don't worry about the speedo, they all read high. Mines about 5mph off. At indicated 70, according to the satnav, I'm doing 65mph.
