Checking in from Oregon, USA! I've been lurking around this forum for a bit ever since I bought my '97 Z3 a few weeks ago. So much helpful information! :)

Hey Sam, welcome from me too near Lincoln, UK. I see you live in one of those States which make you spoil the front of your car with a number plate.:(. The Z3, and 4 look so much nicer without.

Tony.

Welcome on the forum from the Netherlands.

Thankyou! How is the netherlands?

Its quite unfortunate but I do see people here who remove the license plate and not get a ticket.. i'll look into it. Also- do you happen to know what forum I should post a question regarding leaky tops in the convertible.. thankyou.

Hi Sam welcome from me in Oxfordshire. I like the back drop of the autumn colours.

Oxfordshire, what a British name! Ashland Oregon is a beautiful place in the fall with one of the best Shakespeare theaters in the world. Wouldn't hurt to visit ;)

Unfortunately not, the ferries were grounded due to some environmental issue and my wife has this massive fear of flying which I have to drug her for think of BA Barakus you get the picture but a good excuse to go back there again though. I did all the stuff I wanted to over in Oahu and some extras as I got along with some locals and taken us to places ‘ out of bounds for white tourists’ but ok for us brits funny some attitudes there.

oh yes some people really dislike flying, I understand that. All the islands are beautiful, anyone who has been able to experience them in their lifetime is totally blessed! The "off limits for white tourists" spots are always the best haha...
