Sorry i missed you today Brian, did see you on track as ever ringing the neck out of the yellow peril.
I saw your car parked up Paul but could not see you about.

It was a cracking day, nice to meet Brian and a few others. Very pleased with the zed.

The prize giving thingy at the end was a bit surreal, everyone starting calling me alan for some strange reason.

Who planning doing croft on the 18th July?

Normally how many people attend?
And is instruction available?
Believe there to be about 45 cars for croft always instructors available need to book a slot in the morning when you arrive.
Contact Nick Wright BMWCC for further details to book in

18th July Booked - let see what my 2 ltr can do
Brilliant, see you on the 18th. As Paul said there will be approx 45-50 cars on the day, instructors are available and come FOC but do get booked up pretty quick so get your name down.

The day starts quite early, are you travelling up the day before of in the morning?

Any other questions pls ask or PM.

Cheers

Brian

I'm at the travel lodge at scotch corner the night before, don't worry you'll have plenty of time on track.

I more concerned not having the legs as croft is a fast track, my we little 2 ltr runs out of puff after 90 mph - I looks a simular to donnington - so we will see

I looks a similar to Donington
Quite different tracks really, Croft is fast and flat, from the Jim Clark esses to Sunny in is super fast, Donington has quite an elevation change, you'll be fine, looking forward to meeting up, I'll be the guy in the yellow Z3............he he

Still a number of places left for Croft on the 18th July if anyone is interested?

What is there policy on window mounted cameras?
Depends upon the fixing type, if you are using a suction pad you need some other sort of tether just in case it comes off, if the camera is fixed buy a proper mount/sticky pad then you are ok.
