Hello all,

Been a while since I last posted but been lurking in the shadows for a while.

Having sold my Z3, and then subsequently my Z4 and being car-less for the final 6 months of university I am finally in a position to start thinking about getting a car that I actually want! I currently have a daily shed - Audi A4 avant 1.9tdi.. with 188000 miles! Which to be honest since May has done 7000 miles and hasn’t really missed a beat!

My dad has my old Z3, which has recently been fully resprayed, and I am massively jealous, so looking for a Z3 to get up to scratch for next spring.

Looking forward to having a slightly higher maintenance/modification budget too now my student days are behind me, and hopefully a couple of cruises could be on the cards.

Yep, I bought my first Z3 on the 23rd of December and experienced my first ‘BMW in the snow’ on Boxing Day on the way to collect a pizza. I thought, “the delivery driver needn’t bother, I’ve got this” until I had to ditch the car half way up a slight gradient = cold pizza.

I’m open to be honest, owned both a 2.8 and a 1.9 in the past. The 1.9 was the easier drive but less power obviously...
