Assistance with hood repair

Hi fellow colleagues! My wife got in an accident and rear-ended a van . The hood and grill looks damaged but hopefully not the chasis itself. What are my options and how can I fix this? I'm in Los Angeles/Orange County if anyone has any recommended body shops! Thanks for your input!

A good bodyshop should be able to pull that out, appears localised to the bonnet (or hood as you Americans call it).

Looks like an easy fix. Please keep us posted about this. Really interested to hear how much it will cost. Ive been hearing some insane prices from your side of the pond.
