I bought a 2000 BMW Z3 2.3 roadster in a bankruptcy sale out of a warehouse in Florida and had it transported to my place in Belmont, California from a trader in Missouri. This was in 2009 and have been maintaining it ever since. When I was in the Bay Area I went to Bimmers Independent Service in San Carlos, CA. Only now that I've move to Soulsbyville up by Sonora I've been doing a lot of maintenance and repair work on it myself including replacing a broken internal radio antenna and replacing a worn-out striker in the driver's side door. Zroadster.org has provided me with a lot of useful information about how to perform these arcane chores, so I joined up.

Hey Bruce, welcome from me near Lincoln UK. Your car came from a place me and my wife have a big connection with. We have a home in Kissimmee Fla. @FRANKIE bought one of his Z's from Ca. a couple of years ago and took it home to New Jersey. Great to have you on the forum at last. Show us some pictures of your pride and joy please.

Welcome to the forum from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. I was out there March 2 years ago to pick up a 2000 Z3 ///M and drive it back to Jersey with @miller1098 who flew over from Wales to give me a hand with the trip. We had a great trip. It was 3200 miles over 6 days with several stops on the way. Good luck with your car. We always like pictures if you can.................................Frankie
